New Advisor For LEXIT is a Former Goldman Sachs Investment Banker

LEXIT announced that a top investment banker by the name of Ed Cotler will be the latest addition to its Board of Advisors. Cotler will be working with the board as a strategic advisor beginning on August 15th, 2018.

In a June 22, 2018 announcement LEXIT says Edward "Ed" Cotler’s will be their latest member to their team. Cotler has a career that spans over two decades and worked as a Trader and Structurer at Merrill Lynch, the VP of Mortgage Derivatives Trading at Deutsche Bank, along with serving as VP of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. LEXIT said of Cotler, "His advisory focus will be on business strategy, the augmentation of traditional capital raising methods via asset tokenization, digital coin economics and regulatory acceptance of emerging technologies."

LEXIT (LXT), whose ICO was launched on June 19th, 2018, says its blockchain powered marketplace will be the first of its kind that will allow entrepreneurs to trade or buy IP, copyrights, brands, code and and startups along with offering a way to streamline mergers and acquisitions through a blockchain-based tokenization model with the LEXIT (LXT) token.
