A recent study shows that nearly half of all younger German citizens are very interested in cryptocurrencies, and about one third of Germans are interested in investing directly into cryptocurrencies.
A survey of over 3000 people conducted between February and March of this year by Postbank Digital asked different opinions on cryptocurrencies. The survey was broken down by age, sex as well as location.
Of those 18-34 years of age, 46% were looking at cryptocurrency as an investment. The survey also found that 20% of Germans had a good working knowledge of cryptocurrencies - with young people that number grows to nearly 30%.
