JPMorgan Chase has given negative views on cryptocurrency for some time now and particularly those views have come from its CEO, Jamie Dimon. In an apparent flip of opinion, the bank has created a new position that will focus on a crypto-asset strategy.

Business Insider is reporting that this new cryptocurrency strategy position will go to Oliver Harris of London who was running the bank’s In-Residence Fintech program. His new job will be focusing on a cryptocurrency strategy for the bank and lead the Quorum project, which is rumored to be an internal blockchain platform being developed by the bank.
